Do you accept health insurance?
We don't accept health insurance, but our affordable pricing ensures our mental health services are accessible to everyone, and typically costing less than standard insurance co-pays and deductibles. Are my sessions secure?
Yes. Our platform software is secure and HIPPA-compliant. All communications are confidential and we do not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit written consent.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You can easily schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment by visiting our booking page. That's also where you can read about our cancelation policy.
Do you offer refunds?
To receive a refund, cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your session; otherwise, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Refunds are not available for completed sessions or packages.
